"Capital City Ortho is a fantastic orthodontics practice. Over the past 10 years, I've been a patient's mom (traditional braces) and a patient myself (Invisalign), and I've always had great experiences. The staff and techs are always cheerful, kind and welcoming, and Dr. Cohen is very friendly, caring and approachable. The convenient location and big parking lot are definite plusses, too! I'm almost finished with my treatment, but I would opt for Capital City again in a heartbeat!"

I’ve been working with Dr. Reed and Emilee (I can’t remember her specific title but a fantastic patient coordinator) on starting the Invisalign process and between needing a referral to an osu oral surgeon, the billing, and the plan in general I always feel very informed and they explain everything very well. 10/10 would recommend this office to anyone!"

"I went to a lot of consultations and by a lot I mean way too many!! Finally I found this place online and went in for a consultation , they gave me the cheapest price and the fastest result time. I chose Invisalign after a long discussion with the care team and what they though were pros and cons of them. I liked this place from the get go because many other places were trying to push a certain type on me and trying to persuade me to get one not the other. This place showed me all my options and told me they would all give me the same result but then laid out pros and cons of each and they were very non biased about it. I finally got my Invisalign on yesterday. It wasn’t painful and still isn’t painful today other than my expected soreness here and there. So far a very great experience with this place and I look forward to a great smile!"

I chipped a front tooth a week ago and today they fixed it perfect and it was painless. You can’t tell I chipped it, the tooth looks and feelings the same as before. The team does their best to acommodate your work schedule and kid's school schedule. My son went to boot camp 3 weeks after his braces came off and lost his retainer a few weeks later which caused his teeth to shift. When he came back home on leave, Dr. Brown and his staff got him in right away and had the retainer replaced the same day. We received world class service from a world class team! I recommend Dr. Brown's office for your orthodontic needs."
