"I had Invisalign treatment and our son got conventional braces. We had great experience with them. This time, we just went to replace retainers after a few years. The orthodontists have changed at the location we used to go, but they were all nice. My son's retainers had been already broken, so they accommodated him as soon as possible at a different office and made them right there while he waited. (I went home and went back to the office later to pick up, which is a normal practice.)"

"Capital City Ortho is a fantastic orthodontics practice. Over the past 10 years, I've been a patient's mom (traditional braces) and a patient myself (Invisalign), and I've always had great experiences. The staff and techs are always cheerful, kind and welcoming, and Dr. Cohen is very friendly, caring and approachable. The convenient location and big parking lot are definite plusses, too! I'm almost finished with my treatment, but I would opt for Capital City again in a heartbeat!"

This office accommodated me and Brent (assistant who did the work) re-cemented my retainer in a timely fashion before my teeth shifted. He was great! The team (orthodontist and receptionist) was awesome and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Kudos to the receptionist in the Hilliard office who was able to change my appointment to the Plain City office when I broke my foot and was unable to manage stairs. Impressive all the way around!"

Dr. Zwick coordinated with my Dentist and Periodontist to create a plan that included braces, removing my final baby tooth (at 26 years old), bringing down my adult tooth, removing another tooth and installing an implant with a crown. "My daughter has been going here for 3 years. She had a palette expander, then braces. She isn't the best patient in the world. There were lots of tears. However, the staff was very patient with her and walked her step by step and calmed her anxiety. The staff is very friendly and welcoming from the secretaries to the ladies working on the teeth and lastly Dr. Monfort. We have had a great experience and would recommend them to everyone for their orthodontist needs."
