"I recently went into the Westerville office to remove my permanent retainer and have an overnight retainer made (braces were many years ago). I've had some bad experiences with dental work before and am always hesitant, but this office blew my expectations! Every part of the experience (scheduling the appointment, checking in, doing initial paperwork and pictures, and most important, having the retainer removed) was professional, approachable, and honestly enjoyable. Not to mention, I wish I were small enough to play on the tree house!!"

She wasn't the perfect patient, but her smile looks great and she's wearing her retainer to stay on track with her treatment. My son has a completely different set of issues, but I'm confident that he will have good results as well. We like this practice b/c they are friendly, quick service when we go in for adjustments, and my kids are comfortable with everyone. Both my kids had issues that were beyond cosmetic. consultations were very thorough and it was clear to me the need for their braces and what results to expect. We did not go to more than one orthodontist to price shop, because we felt that the service here would be higher and the results reliable."

"I can't say enough about Dr. Zwick and the rest of the Trio Ortho team. I ignored a few dental complications throughout adolescence until they became an adult problem. Dr. Zwick coordinated with my Dentist and Periodontist to create a plan that included braces, removing my final baby tooth (at 26 years old), bringing down my adult tooth, removing another tooth and installing an implant with a crown. It may sound like an awful 21 months, but Dr. Zwick and the rest of the office made every appointment seem like a family reunion. Extremely accommodating to last minute adjustments and check-ups. I'd recommend them to anyone."

Went into braces with the understand that there were no guarantees that Dr. Zwick was going to have success on my TMJ. Within a few months my constant ear ach disappeared.
