"I have been seeing Dr. Underwood for a little more than 1.5 years, as part of the invisalign process.Im not one to leave reviews, but I felt it was extremely warranted based on my experience.Dr. Underwood is kind, outgoing, personable, and incredibly professional in everything he does. He takes time to review information and answer any and all questions the patient might have.He is always upbeat and positive and truly cares about the patient experience. Today, I finished my invisalign process with Dr. Underwood and his staff and things could not have gone smoother. She was extremely kind, professional, knowledgeable, personable and always looked out for my comfort and well being. I trusted her judgement and she was gentle through the process. "I recently went into the Westerville office to remove my permanent retainer and have an overnight retainer made (braces were many years ago). I've had some bad experiences with dental work before and am always hesitant, but this office blew my expectations! Every part of the experience (scheduling the appointment, checking in, doing initial paperwork and pictures, and most important, having the retainer removed) was professional, approachable, and honestly enjoyable. Not to mention, I wish I were small enough to play on the tree house!!"
"Entering blindly into the world of orthodontia scared us but Doctor Jared Zwick and his team made every step of the way a breeze! My daughter has beautiful straight teeth in a year and now we are heading down the path with our other two children. What I love about the Trio group is the fact that I don't feel like they are rushing us through and won't do anything until the time is right. I don't feel like we are oversold on any treatments and they have all "held our hand" and guided us every step of the way. If we ever needed any last minute adjustments to retainers or braces, they immediately get us in. We have never had to wait for our services. The atmosphere is wonderful. You can tell that they are a family and they care about each other and enjoy their time at work. It's great to always be welcomed by all and we appreciate their professionalism!
