"I had Invisalign treatment and our son got conventional braces. We had great experience with them. This time, we just went to replace retainers after a few years. The orthodontists have changed at the location we used to go, but they were all nice. My son's retainers had been already broken, so they accommodated him as soon as possible at a different office and made them right there while he waited. (I went home and went back to the office later to pick up, which is a normal practice.)"

The office is lovely, every single one of the staff I interacted with was fantastic as well. "I had a fantastic experience with this office when my permanent retainer from 15 years broke off. My former orthodontist had retired. This office accommodated me and Brent (assistant who did the work) re-cemented my retainer in a timely fashion before my teeth shifted. He was great! The team (orthodontist and receptionist) was awesome and I wouldnât hesitate to use them again. Kudos to the receptionist in the Hilliard office who was able to change my appointment to the Plain City office when I broke my foot and was unable to manage stairs. Impressive all the way around!"

In all of the years we were working with them, including the transition when Smile took management of our original office, have been wonderful. "My experience was generally excellent with this office (Plain City). All of the staff prioritize customer service, but I had particularly stellar experiences with Sylvia, the treatment coordinator, and several of the Orthodontic Assistants including Lindsay, George, and Andrea. Dr. Zwick and Dr. Reed are both outstanding clinicians with a breadth of knowledge â they were able to successfully manage my complex orthodontic case in close consultation with my dentist and oral surgeon, eventually giving me the smile I have always dreamed of.Based on my research, pricing for my comprehensive treatment was competitive for the area and appropriate for the services I received.As far as drawbacks, the plain city location was a bit out of the way for me, but this not was not enough to dissuade me from seeking care with this practice."

"Second child at Trio Orthodontics. My first just got her braces off a few months ago. She wasn't the perfect patient, but her smile looks great and she's wearing her retainer to stay on track with her treatment. My son has a completely different set of issues, but I'm confident that he will have good results as well. We like this practice b/c they are friendly, quick service when we go in for adjustments, and my kids are comfortable with everyone. Both my kids had issues that were beyond cosmetic. consultations were very thorough and it was clear to me the need for their braces and what results to expect. We did not go to more than one orthodontist to price shop, because we the service from the very beginning has been professional, careful, and efficient and we had such a great experience with the first kid no reason to waste time price shopping over the second."

"At my consultation with Dr. Zwick, I could tell that both he and my cosmetic dentist, Dr. Mariani, wanted to do everything they could to make the process of fixing my teeth go as smoothly as possible. Because I have an enamel deficiency, my case is unlike most; however Dr. Zwick and Dr. Mariani have worked together to embrace the challenge in a professional and personal manner. When I came back to have my braces put on, the hygienists I worked with were an absolute delight! We were laughing and smiling together while I was in the chair and I felt very comfortable at the office! One of my canines was being pushed out into my lip, and pulling it, was out of the question. "Our experience here with Dr. Monfort and staff has been outstanding. My daughters treatment was a little over 2 years and couldn't have turned out better. Although it was a possibility she would need surgery on her jaw, she was able to avoid having surgery or teeth being pulled with the careful care by Dr. Monfort. I was always informed of her progress and what was going to happen next. Dr Zwick also got to know her and treated her with excellent care also. The entire staff including all of the hygenists (I think we've seen them all), both Debbie and Pat in the front office and Louann were top notch and extremely professional. Scheduling was always accommodating around our schedule and they were great to rearrange a last minute change if necessary. Louann made the process of dealing with insurance painless on my part. I honestly can't think of any suggestions that would have made our experience any better. When ever people ask for ortho recommendations I don't hesitate to speak up and say go to the Monfort-Zwick office for a consultation. You won't be disappointed. The office has been remodeled and is state of the art. The check in process is quick and easy and they are almost always right on time. We also know how long each appt will take. I have had two in braces for almost two of the years and I have been able to get them both scheduled together for the most part except if one had a longer appointment they needed and earlier time in the day was needed. I can't thank the entire office enough for making this such a positive experience for both me and my daughter. You have given her a beautiful smile that will improve her self-confidence that can only help her during those trying teen years. Thank you so very much!"
