"Initial visit was great! Everyone was polite, professional, patient and kind! From my first phone call with Samm, before I even went into the office- my experience has been amazing! The office is lovely, every single one of the staff I interacted with was fantastic as well. Dr Cohen was so informative and helpful talking about her recommendations for my treatment and Shannon spent lots of time going over options that were available to me. I never felt rushed and appreciate the transparency from the very beginning! Looking forward to starting treatment!"

"I did a check-in with Dr Cohen today. I’m about halfway through my Invisiline treatment plan and was having some issues with my weekly scans. Brody quickly and professionally helped me troubleshoot my scan issues and Dr Cohen did an exam to ensure I’m on track. She listens attentively and is very personable and professional. Five stars for this ortho practice!"
"Capital City Ortho is a fantastic orthodontics practice. Over the past 10 years, I've been a patient's mom (traditional braces) and a patient myself (Invisalign), and I've always had great experiences. The staff and techs are always cheerful, kind and welcoming, and Dr. Cohen is very friendly, caring and approachable. The convenient location and big parking lot are definite plusses, too! I'm almost finished with my treatment, but I would opt for Capital City again in a heartbeat!"

Cohen, she was very friendly and informative and guided me through my entire treatment. she explained everything i needed to know and took great care.
