"I had Invisalign treatment and our son got conventional braces. We had great experience with them. This time, we just went to replace retainers after a few years. The orthodontists have changed at the location we used to go, but they were all nice. My son's retainers had been already broken, so they accommodated him as soon as possible at a different office and made them right there while he waited. (I went home and went back to the office later to pick up, which is a normal practice.)"
